i saw the yyy's tonight. been waiting to see them for almost 3 years, since they last toured, and i didn't manage to get to a show. so i saw them at the forum yesterday, and they were pretty good. the songs off the new album sounded better then the older songs, and i wonder whether it was due to equipment changes. eg, nick didn't play his strat at all i think. on my scale of shows it was good, but not the best. it was worth going to hear the songs i've been waiting to hear for 3 years, but the performance was a lot shorter then the timetable said i would be, which was disappointing.
