the grates/panda band/i heart hiroshima

i went and saw these guys at their sold out corner hotel show. it's their first tour since they've released their album, which ranked no. 9 on the aria charts in it's first week out. with the way record sales are going at thhe moment, that only means they sold like 3000 albums, but it's till a good effort for a little band from brisbane. i heart hiroshima were supporting, and they are really good, wouldn't be suprised if they made it onto some festival lineups in the next year or two. as always with the grates, it was a fun show.
