so i participated in this little ride last saturday, a kind of quasi-legal street race. and made a video of it. 400 people have watched it, which makes me happy. especially since the soundtrack is by the experimental noise group Fuck Buttons, and goes for 10 minutes. just my way of saying thankyou.

i ran into this interesting video on http://artlife.blogspot.com/
that details the history of the amen breakbeat over the 40+ years it has been around.
it uses the example of the beat as an argument against increasingly more constrictive copyright, that actually seems to hinder progression/evolution of cultural articles.
