made a skateboard

made a skateboard over a couple of days, with a large piece of curved vintage ply from the front of a wardrobe. I didn't even realise the veneer was bookmatched until I sanded it down after cutting out the deck. Finished with shellac and a matte black stencil. black egg wheels, bearings and trucks from http://www.solitaryarts.com/
It's hard to take a good picture of it, but it looks like a proper sidewalk surfer.
